With 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Terrine exercises her expertise as a group fitness instructor and trainer in every session and class she gives. With an array of resources and motivation at her disposal, Terrine incorporates low and high impact aerobics, dance, Pilates, Yoga, functional core training, strength and stability training into each session.
Terrine thrives on custom designing interesting, creative and fun programs for individual needs. She uses a variety of tools – from conventional weight training with machines and free weights to core focused workouts utilizing stability balls, BOSU, battle rope, kettlebells and medicine balls. She is also trained in Pilates, Yoga and Zumba and combines all into training for optimal results. She is experienced at working with a variety of physical constraints. Terrine is constantly networking and scanning the internet for the latest fitness and health information and attends international fitness conventions regularly and keeps up with continuing education and cutting edge developments and innovations.
