I have been working in the fitness industry since 2000. My experience in the industry enables me to bring my best expertise to every session and class I give. I incorporate my dynamic array of assets to every client and group, including aerobics, dance, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, functional core training, strength and stability training to each session. I am certified through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
