I work out with a trainer at home so it was not a brand new experience. However, I am a senior with major back and spine issues. Terrine was wonderful. We all did the same routines, but she tailored some of the steps to make it easier for me. She mixes things up each visit so you do not get bored. I was amazed at how well I did. At my next training session at home, I told my trainer how Terrine worked worked with me on certain things and requested he do the same. He has a different style so this is a work in progress. Please do not hesitate to try Wonderfully Fit. I am sure you will not be disappointed. In an era in which screaming orders and abuse at people is often called “motivational”, I don’t respond well to that. Terrine, whose garage gym is well-equipped with anything I’d need in a gym, is unfailingly supportive. She has experience working with seniors and various disabilities, and I trust her with my new hip more than I did the physical therapists with whom I previously worked. She asks what YOUR goals are and works on those, not wasting time on things which don’t matter to you. She doesn’t push fad diets or other non-scientific theories on you. She regularly points out the progress I’ve made and acknowledges bad days as being universal and just bad days, from which one can easily recover, not as failures. Terrine specializes in results. She is a very knowledgeable and committed trainer. What’s very impressive about Terrine is her commitment, positive attitude, and well planned workouts. I call her “The Terminator” because she has always kept me on track, reinforcing the will power that I sometimes lack, while pushing me to the next level. She is always willing to change my workout and come up with new and challenging exercises. We do a bit of everything from circuit training to Pilates to running, to Spinning. I have seen dramatic improvements in strength and overall body shape and size since I started working with her. I have lost several dress sizes.
